  My first time baking shredded potatoes. Was worried about them being well cooked. Another gray hair for nothing. Recipe came out exactly to spec.
  Used Asagio, extra sharp cheddar, and smoked Gouda cheeses for the topping. Couldn't find any dill Havarti.
