This was super easy, even though I did make my own whipped cream, but if I hadn't done that, it would have been thrown together in a pinch! I recommend just melting the chips in the mircro-wave, it's fast and not as time consuming as a double broiler. I did buy a store bought graham cracker crust though, since I didn't know if I'd have time to make my own. I regret just not making my own, it was thin and fell apart really easy when I sliced into slices which is why I don't have a picture of a piece, it was messy looking! Everyone was licking their forks clean, it was delicious!!!
