This was really tasty! I would have like to use leeks, but didn't have them, so I used the green onions. Instead of drizzling the soy sauce and sesame oil on finished plate I added it when I added the rice to the skillet. I did go easy on the sesame oil...I don't like a whole lot of it in dishes, very overpowering to me. Used Quick Spicy Kimchee Low Carb Tyler Style/saved in this, and doubled up on it too :) Good stuff!

I saw that one while on the search for Kimchee recipes Marie..but I chose to wait for Michael to be home to have it with me since it has some nice pieces of beef in it! I like vegetarian when I cook for myself :)

I know what you mean..since I don't eat beef either..It would be good without the beef or I might sub chicken..or make the beef for Rick and a veg or chicken for me...I do that a lot around here:)

I'm so happy my eggs turned out right! Besides poached (which I can't do AT ALL) Sunny side up is really hard for me! I always just do them over easy...but decided to take on the challenge for this one :)
