A recipe from Christinem Kotlety Polish Meat Patties

We loved this dish:) I wanted to make a comfort meal for dinner and this fit the bill..very easy to make and delicious, especially topped with some homemade mushroom gravy! I did use ground turkey, but followed the rest of the recipe to a "T". I'll be making this again & again! Thanks for sharing your family recipe Christinem:)

When I saw that recipe I thought, "Hey, that's my meatloaf recipe!" :) It does look tasty, Marie. I like the idea of chopping them up like meatballs and putting them in a tomato sauce.

Janet, I have never heard of Kotlety before either:)
You know, it did remind me of meatloaf! This recipe would be excellent for meatballs! I'll have to remember that next time I make them:)
