I really liked this a lot. I didn't have light soy. I used the less sodium kind. I also used honey dijon mustard and regular honey mustard salad dressing. I can see this would be great as a salad but I served one for my lunch with homemade potato salad. I think I'll try it as salad tomorrow. Grilled my three thighs over charcoal.
