  full review and reason for no photo are on the recipe. :) This is my first microwave meatloaf, let alone a stuffed one, so I take FULL responsibility for it coming undone...hehehe...
  
  the flavor was very good...and the addition of a few fresh, uncooked mushrooms, and using fresh spinach(uncooked) didn't seem to change anything...my dish looked so pretty before I tried to cook it...I shoulda snapped a photo then...cus when it came out, my lack of experience in such things was evident. :)
  
  But, we sure didn't care...I make plenty of dishes on purpose that don't look as pretty as they taste. ;)
  
  So, no reflection of the recipe...just the cook!
