Luscious Moist Apple Cake

    Recipe by Midgelet: Luscious Moist Apple Cake
    Recipe is not without its trouble.
    No sugar in the ingredient list for the batter but the destructions says to add some. I guessed and added a half cup.
    Author was not lying saying the batter is thick. Did not get any additional juice from the apple, sugar, cinnamon mix. This batter really should be a little more loose.
    Did not find the cake very moist at all and the apple pieces were not cooked soft.
    Used a bundt pan. Did not use optional glaze or nuts. No pic.
    It was tough keeping the apple pieces from touching the sides of the pan.
    Cake was well done at the minimum time.
    This recipe needs some rework before I'd try it again.

    sincere apologies- I did not include the correct amount of sugar in the cake and of course it would not come out the same and yes the batter would be loser. I am correcting the recipe to include 1 1/2 cups sugar in the recipe. ironically, I just took that leftover cake out of the freezer last night and it was moist and delicious. Thank you for trying the recipe and I hope you get to retry it agaIn as you seem to try some of my recipes I post!
