I saw these on the homepage either yesterday or the day before? Anyway, I had it bookmarked already so I put it on the menu for tonight! Every component of this taco was delicious together...I wouldn't take away or add anything, just perfect. I overcooked my steak, my grill was way too hot, but the steak was a good cut so it held up to the tenderness of the shrimp. My shrimp were extra large so I cut my shrimp into about three pieces each just to fit into the corn tortillas better. Loved the blue cheese sour cream :)

Holy smokes Michelle those look amazing. Great picture! I think Jim would go ga-ga over this and I like the fact it'd be a nice way to use up leftover steak, which does happen on occasion. Thanks for sharing. I bookmarked it.

Anyhoo, back to the recipe! Michelle, Keni's recipes are amazing and I'm sure it was delicious..especially with blue cheese sour cream! Your pic is just beautiful!
