How to make it

  • For Blue Cheese Sour Cream

  • Combine all ingredients and let rest while preparing rest of the tacos
  • For Tacos

  • Slice steak into thin slices and then bite sized pieces
  • Place a bit of guacamole along inside of tortilla, where it will crease, when folded.
  • Add steak pieces, a few shrimp, jalapeno, green onion, cilantro and Cotija cheese.
  • Top with a drizzle of lime juice and some of the blue cheese sour cream.

    This was an excellent recipe you left us Keni! My favorite part was the blue cheese sour cream, which made this the perfect taco :) I didn't marinade the shrimp but I did sprinkle them with a spicy seasoning I got from a wing joint and then drizzled them with lime juice. I seasoned the steak with a Penzey's mix called Northwoods seasoning and drizzled with a little olive oil. Grilled them both over charcoals. Turned out so good!!     ...@mbelisle...I didn't reheat anything, but I didn't chill it, either.... the steak and shrimp stayed slightly warm, which was nice. They would be fine at room temp, too, though.... and, if you don't mind cold shrimp, they'd be good that way, too....cold steak is excellent, I think. :)
