Massaman Curry

    I have made this twice now and will make it again.
    The flavours are superb - in actual fact I added more Chinese 5-spice as I love this. The only other alteration I had to make was nothing to do with the recipe, but with my health issues (diabetic and lactose intolerant). I subbed the potatoes with a mixture of cauliflower florets and small pieces of sweet potatoes and it worked great.. my husband didn't even notice it and he shies away from vegges like Dracula shuns the dawn.
    So give this a go, it's pretty cool.
