Well the recipe says I've already rated this recipe but I can't find that I did and I don't see it in Reviews bookmarks so I'm putting it here anyway!

I know PSO made this as well. This is a really great meatloaf. My houseguest gave it five stars and he's pretty picky about meatloaf.

Yes, I drained off a lot of grease myself. Then inverted it on a platter and all was well with the ketchup and brown sugar.
