When I saw this, I knew I had to make it. I did add some green onions. Seems like i have to add onion to anyting I can. I also dont have sour cream. So I made up a chipotle mayo. Great quesadilla. Had plenty of heat, too. I may have got a lil carried away with the jalapenos. Pepper cheddar, lotta jalapeno, bacon, onion and then chipotle mayo. Made 3, but saving one for lunch. LOVED this. Thanks again, ML2C for another great recipe

Thanks for trying Mr P!!! You must have read my mind with the green onions cause I wanted some in there, but when I pulled them out they didn't look so hot. This is a pretty spicy quesadilla, but that's what I was going for! PSO and Frankie should probably stay away lol!
