Mongolian Pork

My pantry and fridge are pretty bare right now, so when I came across this I was happy to have everything. The pork gets such a nice texture, not crispy, but not soft. Anyway, I only had dried red chilies so I used those....whoo...this was spicy! Delicious though and I think I'll make it again next time and try out shrimp :)

I love it when you make my recipes and post your beautiful pics! Thank you so much for sharing!

p.s. When I have made it's really not that spicy because all the seeds are still contained in the pepper (and mine were fresh). If you eat that whole dried pepper, well, that's a different story! If you can't find fresh thai chilies, try using red fresno (remove seeds and membrane before slicing to keep the heat down).
