  Nice tangy sandwich! The cherry peppers are awesome in here (I used pickled). Sam's has been doing these awesome homemade ciabatta breads lately that are so good, so I was ready to make this one! Yum!

  I used my cast iron panini press! I love it! It has little raised ridges like a grill pan then came with a hand held press. It's one of my best investments and I use it ALL the time! I actually got it on sell for 19.99! What a deal ;)
