Mushroom And Bacon Omelet With Buttery Herbed Grape Tomatoes

This was a great omelet! My favorite part was the buttery tomatoes, they were fantastic! I am not a good omelet flipper at all so I had a nice sized hole in one end, which I managed to hide in the picture lol. I served this with a nice dallop of all natural sour cream and topped with some green onions. So delicious!

That looks gorgeous, Michelle. I've never been good at omelets. I saw a video of Julia Child making a bunch of omelets for an "omelet party." She made it look so easy. Didn't work for me. :-)
