This was such a great sadnwich. I had some Portobellos that I needed to use and saw this. It looks like the recipe uses regular shrooms, but I didnt have any. Oh and I dont know what it means to be julienned. I looked at the other photos and think it meant to slice them????? I also had to mix dijon and mayo. This was soo easy with TONS of flavor. I LOVED it. Great recipe, ML2C. Thank you

I like the strong flavor of rye. Or maybe its the caraway seeds. Im not sure. Toasted rye with butter and orange marmalade is soooo good. .

GK, yes you spy my favorite glass. Pete's Wicked Ale is one of my favorite beers. This is my FAVORITE glass. If Im not drinking coffee, or out of the jug, Im drinking out of this glass.

ML2C, I drink a lot of milk. Usually 2 of those at a sitting. Especially with toasted PB&J's. if there are fresh brownies involved, even more. Love that stuff. : ) And thanks again for such a great sandwich. I will be making this again very soon. Just talking about it is making me hungry

GK, Who said anything about OJ from the jug? I was talking about moonshine : ) OK, I admit. I do drink juice right from the jug. There's a reasonably sane thought behind that though. You see. I only drink about 1/2 to 3/4 cup of juice at a time. Usually several times a day. I dont drink enough at a sitting (actually a "standing" since I stand in front of the fridge while committing this act) to dirty my "glass" and I figure Im saving water by not having to wash it 3 or 4 times extra a day. This thought process didnt work when I was a kid, but Im hoping it does now : ) That's my story and Im sticking to it : P
