My Balsamic Chicken

    Recipe by Smooch: My Balsamic Chicken
    A step above pedestrian but not fantabulous either. Interesting reduction sauce of balsamic vinegar and garlic. Chicken was 175F internally at a half hour bake time. Wound up with 3/4 reduction of the vinegar.
    Served with steamed mixed veggies and mac and cheese.

    That looks simple enough. I like balsamic vinegar but I also like a little sweet to balance it a bit better. I may have to give this one a shot. Looks like a hefty plate of food, pso. :)
