Native Princess's Loosemeat sandwich

I had never heard of a Loose Meat sandwich (although I do have a vague recollection of the old Roseanne show talking about them) until the ladies on GR enlightened me. Googling it they have quite the history and it makes for a fun read and a fun recipe. We really enjoyed Marie's recipe
The Blue Mill Tavern Loosemeat Sandwch
and I also looked at Tina's recipe
Loose Meat Sandwiches Ala Roseanne
and added the Worcestershire from there.
This would be a great recipe to make in the winter time when you are craving a burger but don't feel like firing up the Grill. Lots of flavour and it's nice comfort food. Thanks Marie!
