The last Yukon of the 2013 crop. :-(
Well, I don't really know that I'd ever eat another potato but this one but I did like it very much. Kinda different. I want to try it with red potatoes to see if I can get the bacon wrapped as specified.

The bacon was pretty crisp but not pan fried crisp. I chopped everything up and then put salt and pepper on it all. Oh - and butter. Of course. :) It was my dinner and it was plenty for me.
