Nothing to it grilled corn on the cob - Keni

Wonderful!! Soaked mine for several hours submerged in cold water, shook out water and placed on grill turning regularly for 30 minutes. Removed from grill to platter while rest of meal came together. When we were ready we peeled back outer layers and corn was perfect!! Thanks for sharing your recipe Keni!!

Thanks Lobster! I really have to try that...so many of my family members LOVE grilled corn on the cob! They always get that when we go to fairs!

I just printed that out and noticed that Keni's name didn't show up on the recipe...I hope Kris can fix that glitch! Thats a biggie! I'll never remember who's recipes they are when I go to make them...especially with my memory problems these days!

I made Keni's Grilled Corn on the Cob too! It worked great! I removed the silk and soaked my cobs overnight. Then grilled them at 400* for 30 minutes. A GR member named Kittens told me that she peels back the husk for the last few minutes of grilling to get some grill marks on the corn...so I also did that too! Everyone loved it!

    Thanks Keni and Lobster! =)

That's written in the recipe, Lillian...that you can get a "roasted" taste by doing that, if you'd like. Glad you liked it...thank you both!

Lol! Ooops...and I did see it there when Lobster first showed us the recipe! But that was 2 weeks ago...short term memory loss sucks!
