I thought the flavor of these were great, although I was expecting a little more orange flavor to come through. I doubled the recipe and used half fresh squeezed orange juice (all I had) and the rest Simply Orange brand OJ. I meant to use cilantro as Gk mentioned she added but I forgot. Topped my plated breasts with some chopped green onions just for some color (and cause I love em' :) Thanks Kaylia!

Too bad the orange flavor didn't come thru more for you..orange goes so well with chicken! Do you think maybe a little orange zest would work for more flavor? Or not? :) I personally think Simply Orange is just about as good as fresh squeezed! Love the pic..it looks delicious!

Zest a couple of oranges and juice them. Make a cup of orange juice total. Put them together and reduce them by half in the beginning of step three, before you add the rest of the ingredients.
House should smell good wile simmering the breasts. Sort of like potpourri.
Also monitor the chicken temperature. Twenty five minutes might be too much time.

Yes, zest would have helped definitely upped the orange factor, thanks guys! I love Simply Orange as well Marie, it's my favorite OJ :) I definitely did not simmer the chicken for 25 minutes after adding them back to the pan. Maybe 5-7 minutes a side...
