Oregano-lemon Chicken

    Recipe by Ladychablis: Oregano Lemon Chicken/saved
    It's good chicken but needs some sides.
    Put a few medium 'taters and 'shrooms in the dish to cook along with the chicken. Added 1/2 cup butter just for that purpose. Used the drippings to make gravy.
    Skin still on the flabby side, although the recipe calls out bone-in but not skin-on. Patted some S&P into the chicken before getting started. And used a 10x15 dish because of the added ingredients.
    Had to finish baking the 'taters while the gravy was made.
    Chicken flesh was at 185F after 45 minutes bake time.
