Otterpond's Steak au Poivre

    I made Laura's
    Sirloin Tip Roast Au Poivre
for dinner last night. DEElicious! Hubby adores dijon and he also adored the onions on the bottom of the pan. I'm a horseradish fan, so this recipe spoke to us! :) Loads of flavour, easy prep.....the Dijon/peppercorn coating is lovely.
I have to admit to cheating with the peppercorns, don't have a mortar and pestle so I just used the grinder on coarse and I actually didn't have any ginger on hand either but don't think anyone noticed. Sorry, didn't take a picture....too ravenous! :) Will totally make this again. Thanks for a lovely recipe Laura!

I am so pleased it came out well Janet. This is a favorite at our house too. Sounds fancy but it is easy.

That is an interesting cooking method! I've never heard of it either. I'd probably leave out the ginger as well. I never have that around. I love horseradish! Looks like a winning combination there.
