Oven-Fried Zucchini in a Crunchy Parmesan Crust

    These were even better than I expected!!! So much flavor! I wanna give it a go with fresh rosemary just to try it as I have a ton in the garden! I didn't even get around to flipping them and they were still crunchy all over. I make my own bread crumbs so they tend to be chunkier than the rest so I didn't get as good of coverage as you did on yours. Next batch of bread crumbs I'll let run longer :-)
