Pa Fried Shrimp With Creole Mayonnaise
Tasty little shrimps that I started snacking on while I was frying up the second batch. Very good without the sauce, too! I used DetroitTokyo's Creole Seasoning Blend in the recipe. Saved me a trip to the store. :) I was glad to get a link back to IMI as so many members here have made this. Nice gallery of pictures going on there and I tried to make mine look like the same shot just for fun. :-D

I have been meaning to make this and finally got around to it. This was really good I made about 1.5 lbs. I also added cayenne to the mayo sauce for a lil more heat. Added a pic. Thanks for leaving behind another great recipe, Pleclare

So glad you got to trying this! Nice addition to the photos too! I've always wondered why my sauce doesn't look orangy like everyone else's. I did eyeball some stuff as I said in my review but I thought I was pretty close. Maybe not enough Worcerstershire? Anyway GREAT shrimp recipe!!!

My batch didn't look very orange either. Then I realized that when I was cutting ingredients in half (like I always do!) that I hadn't cut the mayonnaise in half. So, maybe if you were eyeballing...? Or it could be those dang cameras again. :)
Yours look pretty tasty, MrP! :)
