Recipe by BMikel: Panko Crusted Fish With Dill And Cream Cheese Sauce/saved
Been a while since I've had fish. Tastes the same. Wallet's a lot thinner. Now I remember why I don't eat fish.
Good sauce. Made homemade cream cheese and bread crumbs.
Pic is a little darker than the authors. Fried over med-hi to med. Maybe should have done it over a lower flame.
Mother ate it down. Tastes like fish to me.

What kind of fish did you use, tilapia? I have just recently decided we need to start eating fish once a week at least. It's such a good protein. Yours looks so crunchy...panko is awesome!!

I don't recall the variety of fish. I was looking for half pound fillets, which was difficult to find. They were white colored fillets.

Doubled up on the flour. Used another egg. Added a handful of bread crumbs.
The sparse amounts of the prep just wasn't enough.

His recipes could have come right off a restaurant menu. High class too, notice no french fries.

I love fish. Its a major part of my diet! Yours does look crunchy, pso. I wish you could remember what fish you used!
Your comments made me look at his recipes. He definitely does have some interesting ones. Never heard of using white wine in chicken soup! I think that's something I could get behind! :)
