Parmesan Veggie Stir Fry

  This is a nice and refreshing stir fry. I love sugar snap peas and they were on sale, so this was perfect. My farmers market didn't have red peppers that day, they had these really cool looking lime green bells that were just labeled sweet peppers, so I used those. Used my cast iron as suggested :)
