    Recipe by Carasings: Pasta With Browned Butter And Mizithra
    Gee I've never made spaghetti with ghee before. Like the flavor. Subbed the Mizithra with Pecorino Romano .
    Mother turned her nose up at it so I dumped some spaghetti sauce in it.
    No pic. Everything is just so white before the addition of the red sauce.

    For me, yes. But I make pasta dished for mother. And she prefers a more traditional red sauce for lubrication and flavor.
    I liked it and would not have any difficulty making it for me.
