Pasta With Kale, Bacon, And Caramelized Onions

Yum! I cooked my onion then left it to not waste a plate and cooked the rest with it. The pasta I used was called galletti, it was a weird pasta tube with friveli ends by Giada. I also used some of the bacon grease to add flavor....it was delicious! I added in a tiny bit of cabbage which went well with the kale. Add salt as needed in this recipe.

It's a tiny bit bitter and crunchy even when cooked. We like it a lot though! It's super healthy too!
