Kale, the new superfood. It's taken me a while to embrace it as my grandmother used to make a horrid soup (at least when I was little) that took me days to eat, and eat it I had to, like it or not. This dish was so good, I think I've finally changed my mind.

Great post. Lucky me, I grew up loving kale. My Italian Granddad used to fry it up with bacon, a touch of garlic & basil & one fresh tomato, chopped. Delicious. Now to find some kale. RJ

I'm a big fan of kale, always looking for different ways to prepare it...sounds delicious! BTW, I would make this minus the bacon..should still be good, don't you think?!
