Kale, the new superfood. It's taken me a while to embrace it as my grandmother used to make a horrid soup (at least when I was little) that took me days to eat, and eat it I had to, like it or not. This dish was so good, I think I've finally changed my mind.

Looks so good! I think I may just add a little cabbage in this just cause I have a ton!! Probably making this tomorrow....will let you know :)
