    Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

    Lets talk about delicious.... this is it! I have a soft spot for PB and chocolate. I tasted PB for the first time 8 or 9 years ago. I never had a PB and jam sandwich :) That was something not available throughout my childhood. Nowadays it is relatively easy to find in a good supermarket and I absolutely love it!
    I substituted the PB chips with 1 cup of soft peanut butter. Graham crackers are not available here, so I used digestive biscuits. Other than that this is a great recipe, very rich and creamy. I loved the salty from the PB against the sweetness of the condensed milk and chocolate. Perfect to me.

    I really want to make this but my diet tells me I shouldn't. Also had trouble reading through the instructions. You'll be purchasing a whole set of springform pans instead of just one. Think 5 come to a set.
    Already have two quickbreads in the freezer, to be dispatched before taking on another recipe with sugar.
