    Peach And Raspberry Pie
A subcontractor gave me two huge peaches and raspberries and Pillsbury pie crust were on sale so this was the perfect recipe! I made this exactly as written. I almost cut down the amount of sugar thinking the pie would be too sweet but it wasn't so I am glad I didn't do that. Really good. The rest will go to work on Monday.
Looks like this will be Review bookmark 4,400. :-)

What a beautiful looking pie, Frankie! Even the crust looks nice and flaky. The one time I tried making a two crust pie with Pillsbury crusts, the filling was delicious and the crust was awful. It tasted "off", so I've never tried them again, but your crust looks picture perfect!

That is one fine looking pie. I have a weakness for peaches. Very nicely done.

Thank you, everyone! Its a really tasty pie and the combination is a good one. I've always had great luck with Pillsbury pie crusts and think they taste just fine. My mom was griping about them one time but later on I took a pie to a family thing and used Pillsbury pie crusts. She ate two pieces and didn't say a word. Maybe they have changed over the years or something.

You may be right, Frankie, and Pillsbury has improved the quality of their crusts. It's been *years* since I've tried them.

I have nothing wrong with Pillsbury pie crust Bakerme. As much as I love making my own it just doesn't happen as much as I like, so the frozen is pulled out :) Wow Frankie, that's a nice standing pie!! So pretty!
