Ingredients

How to make it

  • roll out pastry and line pie tin
  • stir together flour and first amount of sugar
  • mix in raspberries and peaches
  • pour into pie shell
  • top with pastry
  • sprinkle with remaining sugar
  • preheat oven to 425, place pie on the bottom rack, turn oven down to 350 and bake for about 50 minutes or until fruit is cooked through

    This is one great pie. I thought perhaps it would be too sweet but it wasn't. Really delicious. I added a couple of pictures and put this in IMI 8/9/14

    Another rasberry one and even peaches too this sounds like the Bomb which one to make first HMMMMM. LOL
