Peach And Raspberry Pie Recipe
Summer at it's best, fresh fruit, with a hint of sweetness. This pie is a bit tart, add more sugar if you like it sweeter

Ingredients
  • Pastry for two crust pie, your own or a mix
  • 3 cups peeled sliced peaches
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp sugar

Directions
  1. roll out pastry and line pie tin
  2. stir together flour and first amount of sugar
  3. mix in raspberries and peaches
  4. pour into pie shell
  5. top with pastry
  6. sprinkle with remaining sugar
  7. preheat oven to 425, place pie on the bottom rack, turn oven down to 350 and bake for about 50 minutes or until fruit is cooked through

Another rasberry one and even peaches too this sounds like the Bomb which one to make first HMMMMM. LOL


I made this pie for my mothers birthday on valentines day she is my valentine she loved it and so did I thanks for posting this one.
