Peach And Raspberry Pie Recipe

Ingredients

Pastry for two crust pie, your own or a mix

3 cups peeled sliced peaches

1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries

1/2 cup flour

3/4 cup sugar

2 tsp sugar

Directions

roll out pastry and line pie tin

stir together flour and first amount of sugar

mix in raspberries and peaches

pour into pie shell

top with pastry

sprinkle with remaining sugar

preheat oven to 425, place pie on the bottom rack, turn oven down to 350 and bake for about 50 minutes or until fruit is cooked through
