Peach and raspberry pie

Summer at it's best, fresh fruit, with a hint of sweetness. This pie is a bit tart, add more sugar if you like it sweeter
Ingredients
- Pastry for two crust pie, your own or a mix shopping list
- 3 cups peeled sliced peaches shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries shopping list
- 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp sugar shopping list
How to make it
- roll out pastry and line pie tin
- stir together flour and first amount of sugar
- mix in raspberries and peaches
- pour into pie shell
- top with pastry
- sprinkle with remaining sugar
- preheat oven to 425, place pie on the bottom rack, turn oven down to 350 and bake for about 50 minutes or until fruit is cooked through

This is one great pie. I thought perhaps it would be too sweet but it wasn't. Really delicious. I added a couple of pictures and put this in IMI 8/9/14
