Pineapple Banana Loaf by Deedeec

This turned out so moist and scrumptious! The recipe makes 2 loafs, so I brought one to work this week and got rave reviews from everyone who tried it. I tried the basic recipe and dusted it with confectioners sugar after it was cooled. Dee also offers several alterations to her recipe that are sure to please. A trip to the tropics for sure! I will be making this again, giving consideration for one of the alternatives. Perhaps adding coconut or macadamia nuts, or both! I've added a pic and my review the to recipe as well.
