Recipe by Gabrodrigues: Pizza Stuffed Mushrooms
Since I'm on a low carb diet, these stuffed 'shrooms are right up my alley.
Everything came out exactly to the recipe but it doesn't look like the recipe pic.
Think the recipe pic had some of the stuffing on top of the mozzarella for color. Everything you want in a pizza minus the load of carbs from the bread.
