Looking for somethng fast, I made this tonight. Very simple and I usually have all the ingredients. This had a great flavor. Nothing overpowering which I like when it comes to fish. I did over cook it, though. Still getting used to this new oven. Heck, it would have even been done faster : )

Another booboo I made was in trying to upload the photo to the recipe page. I opened it up (named "sam_4744" but uploaded "GED_4744" ) I wish this site would allow one to remove ones own pics : ( Im just glad it wasnt an inappropriate photo. WHEW. That coulda been ummm......not good : O

Served it on a bed of spinach and ate it all : ) Thanks, Pleclare for another great recipe

Oh, I have not seen this recipe before....since I'm on a salmon diet Wheee!! A new one and it's from Pat. I do think she tweaked the photo joke too. Must try this soon.

I wish I had a chance to know Pleclare. I think we only exchanged conversations a couple times. I just remember that I made her blackberry cobbler the same day she passed becasue when I came to post to IMI I read all the posts about her. She did leave behind some great recipes and I hope she did help with the BooBoo wine photo.

And ML2C. Im shocked that you like Wine photo..........................................NOT : ) That photo was taken after coming back from wine tasting and celebrating my daughters 21st bday. As for inappropriate photos.......Im glad it wasnt the one of my daughter conked out from all the wine. She woulda killed me

Passed out on the couch????? She was still at the wineries..........j/k Actually she was on the couch. I laid half of those wine bottles all around her caddywampas and took a coupla pics for blackmail at some future date : ) She tried to delete that........
