Broiled Salmon With Peppercorn-Lime Rub

A fresh quick vegetable salad with your broiled fish will round out the meal!
Ingredients
- 4(6oz) salmon fillets(about 3/4" thick) shopping list
- cooking spray shopping list
- 2 tsp grated lime rind shopping list
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper shopping list
- 1 garlic clove m,minced shopping list
- lime wedges shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat broiler
- Place fish,skin side down,on broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Combine remaining ingredients except lime wedges; sprinkle over fish. Broil 7 mins or till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork or until desired degree of doneness. Serve with lime wedges.
