  To us this was some true down home cooking. It brought me back to my Memaws house who always made comfort food right. My husband said I should enter this dish in a contest or something lol! I said for one it's not my recipe and 2 where would I go??? Anyway as many of you know I served this over Garlic, Chive And Sage Biscuits. They worked so darn well together!!! Really hard to stop eating too! Oh and I used my Cast Iron as suggested wich works well with this kind of recipe. YAY KENI!!! I LOVE YOU....uuuh I mean the recipe ;) :)
