    Pork Chops With Cider Sauce

I made these last night for dinner and they were fabulous! I did add 2 small apples, sliced thinnly, to the recipe and cooked them with the onions. Made wonderful gravy. Thanks Pat for another terrific recipe!

I now have two more gravy spots on my new T-shirt to match the rest of my shirts. Thanks a lot!
Mother is going (excuse the pun) hog wild over the dish.
I don't know how you got 4 chops in the pan. Two is all that would fit for me. It was a pork bone-in roast I had the butcher slice in 4 pieces. They were a little over an inch thick each.
Didn't want to buy fresh sage. I have two bottles of rubbed sage to use up.
Already had the other two chops seasoned but bagged and tagged them for another time.
Made mashed potatoes with buttermilk to go with.
Used my juicer to squeeze some apples we had setting on the counter and came a half cup shy. Amended with apple sauce.
