I made this today for guests and it was perfect! Everyone loved it! I made it as written except I sliced the pork into very thin slices. I served this with a tzatziki dipping sauce!

No pic because I made this at my Moms house.

This is a fantastic marinade!! Be generous with salt, I thought I had added plenty and I found I wish I had done more, but regardless, SO GOOD! I didn't get this marinated over night but I did get it going first thing in the morning so it probably marinated a good 10 hours. Used fresh oregano. Made Easy Greek Tzatziki to go along with it. Added my pic, wish my coals had been hotter to get the nice dark color the submitter got....
