Pork Souvlaki

This dish was one of my families favorites . It is easy to make and is very good.
Ingredients
- pork tenderlion shopping list
- 1/3 c lemon juice shopping list
- 1 minced onion shopping list
- 3-4 cloves garlic chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp oregano shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- 3 tbsp olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients.
- Cut pork into chunks and marinate overnight.
- Barbecue on skewers or broil in the oven.

I made this today for guests and it was perfect! I made it as written except I sliced the pork into very thin slices. Everyone loved it! I served it with a tzatziki sauce for dipping! I'll be making this again for Father's Day!
