Quick Buttermilk Biscuits
These were pretty easy and did make up quickly enough. I halved the recipe as I didn't want to eat 12 biscuits. Although I already have eaten two. :) I don't have a biscuit cutter so I used my beer glass, which measures exactly 2.5" across. They rose a bit from when they were cut so I guess it did the job all right.

If you're cutting the biscuits with other than a sharp edge, place them upside down in the baking tray. It will help them rise better.
