Wow this was so time consuming and labor intensive! Geez Frankie! Haha,
I was looking for a light sandwich...we had a HUGE breakfast and by 2:30 I was starting to get hungry, but did not want to ruin dinner. This fit the bill for sure! My farmers market has beautiful bunches of radishes right now so I have been buying them like crazy. This is a great way to eat them, and I wouldn't have even thought of it! I did not use the best quality bread.. the only white bread I buy is for the kids and it's just plain old sandwich bread. I made another one the next day but did 2 layers of radishes :) SO GOOD!

haha You are too funny, :-)
Another radish lover. I love those little things. I am really happy you enjoyed this. Thanks for adding a great picture, too. I think I used a plain ol' white bread, too, if I remember right.

No problem Frankie! Your bread does look better than mine...maybe sturdier? Oh well! I forgot to mention I haven't cut the crust off bread EVER lol! I was laughing at myself as I was doing it :)

Hey, perfect as I cut off the crusts of my bread anyway. Not that I'm a crust snob but those are the tidbits that I save for the dog after I get to eat the good stuff in a sandwich. Vet said that toast is a much better treat than those dog biscuits and such.

That is interesting about the toast! I didn't know that either.

This sandwich reminds me of something I had in England. It had white shredded cheese ( I'm not sure if it was mozza or white cheddar) and thinly sliced radishes on white bread with the crusts cut off. It might of had mayo or cream cheese instead of butter? Cream cheese and cucumber sandwiches are a favorite of mine, I think I'll try it with radishes too! :)

I made this sandwich with mayo the second time I made it just to see, and I liked the butter better :)

Yep, toast, both our dogs have loved it. Vet said giving a dog a milk-bone type biscuit is like giving them a doughnut. Great for stale or day old bread and cheaper than the biscuits.
