Raspberry Cream Pie
Raspberries were buy one, get one free yesterday so I finally got around to this. This is pretty sweet. It probably would be too sweet for some people. Its probably too sweet for me, too, but I love raspberries so much I'm gonna overlook it. The flour/sugar mix kinda made little white lumps in the filling, which may be unappetizing to some. Its four stars right now but I'm going to see how it is after an overnighter in the refrigerator. I'll have some for breakfast and report back. Its a tasty pie warm to kinda hot though. This is setting up nicely in the refrigerator. I don't know about using less sugar as I don't know the "chemistry" that is making this set up firm.
