Ingredients
- Pastry for one 9-inch pie crust (unbaked)
- 1 pt. raspberries (or blackberries)
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 T. flour
- 3/4 c. heavy cream
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix the berries, sugar, and flour, and pile into the crust. Pour the cream over everything, and bake for 60-70 minutes, until the filling is pink and bubbly and the crust is nice and brown. Serve warm -- with whipped cream, of course!
