    Reuben Casserole
This was tasty. Directions were sketchy with a few typos and missing instructions.
I doubled the cheese and still could have used more if I had made the full recipe rather than half. One could cut down on the amount of sauerkraut but not a biggie. I also added a rye bread topping as other recipes showed rather than serving it on the side--yummy crunch.
This was easy to assemble and didn’t call for a zillion ingredients. Photos added.

I love Reuben sandwiches, so I know I'd love this! I'm not a fan of rye, but I could just use wheat bread! Thanks LB!

I have a similar one posted....it combines the sauerkraut with sour cream, no Thousand Island, and is topped with yummy garlicy pumpernickel croutons.(I don't care for rye, either, but I like pumpernickel. :)

So easy and SO tasty. Comfort food, here. :)

I was looking for a Reuben/Corned Beef recipe in the Refugees but the search didn't show one. Is there a way to search a members posted recipes--Keni, you have 39 pages of them? I only found this one as I started from page 39 :-) Easy Corned Beef Casserole
Hopefully, GR will get the search problem fixed soon.

yeah, this is the one I was talking about....

you can search a member's recipes from their page, but no ingredient search, only title or tag.... nor can you search your OWN by ingredient...I'm really hoping that changes, soon.

Glad I can't afford deli corned beef any more or you could fly me down Macy's Day Parade.
