Reuben Casserole

- About 2 cups chopped up corned beef shopping list
- 2 c. drained rinsed sauerkraut shopping list
- 1 c. thousand island dressing shopping list
- 1Tbs horse radish shopping list
- 4 slices baby swiss shopping list
- 1/2 tsp carraway seeds shopping list
- Carrawy Rye to serve with meal shopping list
How to make it
- Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray
- put a thin layer of kraut evenly on bottom of pan
- pour 1 c corned and beef over this layer
- mix horseradish dressing together spread about 4 Tbs over the mixture or more u be the 'judge':)
- place 2 of cheese slices onto the mixture
- Repeat with remaining two slices of cheese on top
- Bake at 350 degree oven until heated through and cheese is 'bubbly

I'd give this a 10 if I could. I will give you a tip if you don't already know. The bagged kraut in the deli is much better than the canned stuff. I always saute a few cups of fresh cabbage and onions then mix it with the bagged stuff and would alway...more
