Reuben Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray
  • put a thin layer of kraut evenly on bottom of pan
  • pour 1 c corned and beef over this layer
  • mix horseradish dressing together spread about 4 Tbs over the mixture or more u be the 'judge':)
  • place 2 of cheese slices onto the mixture
  • Repeat with remaining two slices of cheese on top
  • Bake at 350 degree oven until heated through and cheese is 'bubbly
  • Photo's... not yet.. my 'camera' went 'bye'-bye..:(

    lovebreezy ate it and said...
    This was tasty. Directions were sketchy with a few typos and missing instructions.
    I doubled the cheese and still could have used more if I had made the full recipe rather than half. One could cut down on the amount of sauerkraut but not a biggie. I also added a rye bread topping as other recipes showed rather than serving it on the side--yummy crunch.
    This was easy to assemble and didn’t call for a zillion ingredients. Photos added.

    This sounds so good I have to tell you before I've even finish reading the recipe! Love corned beef so much but sadly I don't have enough left to make this recipe ;) Still 5 forks and yay!:)

    What's this? How did this yummy recipe get by me. Dick would never forgive me. He loves reuben sandwiches, so how can this miss? Looks like a few more pounds are coming our way.

    I'd give this a 10 if I could. I will give you a tip if you don't already know. The bagged kraut in the deli is much better than the canned stuff. I always saute a few cups of fresh cabbage and onions then mix it with the bagged stuff and would always serve that with my homeade sausages.
