    Roast Chicken

    We had this wonderful recipe last night. Just remember to check your chili powder. I used chipotle and cut it back to 2 tbsp. which is enough. Also I added 1 and 1/2 tbsp. and felt it was still not paste like. Will be adding more the next time I make this recipe.

    That looks really good! I would use chipotle chili powder as well. The ketchup is an interesting ingredient. I think the temperature posted is C, too. Looks like you would start at 400F and then drop it to 350F. What did you use for the mixed herbs? Italian?
