  I have had cooked only once before a couple of years ago, and didn't really care for them for some reason. I decided to give them another try. I have completely changed my mind because these were so delicious! For those of you who have never had cooked radishes, the flavor changes completely, making them very mild tasting, but SO good! Radish haters may even enjoy them this way :)

  I've sauteed radishes but never roasted them. The taste of them does change when they are hot. The radish/carrot combo sounds good and the lemon pepper does, too! Lovely picture!
