Sausage-spinach Quiche

    This is a terrific quiche!! I made it for Michael to have something quick to grab in the morning next week for work. Had a piece of it though with the recommended cherry tomatoes and it was delicious! I didn't have half and half but I did have milk and heavy cream, so I mixed those together and figured it was close enough. Used maple breakfast sausage as well and fresh spinach that I cooked up in the same pan I cooked the sausage and onion in. Added two more eggs, it just didn't seem like enough and didn't fill the pie crust up. Perfect after that :)

    It is easy! I made it yesterday and we both heated up a slice this morning for breakfast in the microwave and it reheated very nicely!
